We offer a Care Staff Agency Team that can be accessed by local care providers who require agency care workers in Taunton, Bridgwater, Minehead, Weston Super Mare, Burnham-on-Sea and surrounding areas.

We Pride ourselves on the quality of our workers!

We provide adequately trained care staff for Residential or Independence Support for your Organisation. We are happy to receive emergency requests and operate an On-Call system.

Our Care Workers have a pack of information that they carry with them detailing their Training, Experience and Personal Information. They also leave a copy of information at the place of work for your files including CRB information (meeting National Minimum Standards).

All our Care Workers are trained to NVQ standard and have received all mandatory training. They have completed their Common Induction Standards and are experienced at working within a variety of care sectors.

Staff Vacancies

We currently have employment vacancies. To work within our Care Staffing Agency on a bank staff basis.

Applicants are required to have a full driving licence, experience working within the care sector or similar, full training will be given and you will be supported to gain a recognised qualification.

All positions are subject to a full CRB and 2 references.
