Farmers Market
Our clients will be encouraged to develope a working party where they can agree the quantity and type of crops to grow. They will help to design the layout of the vegetable patch and grow their crops from seeds.
They can evidence their skills and use this towards acheiving their ASDAN certificates. They will be encouraged to consider other formal qualifications relative to their own unique abilities, which can be accessed through the local colleges.
When the crops are ready to harvest, we will have designed and built our stall and be ready to price up and sale our produce.
At SWI we believe that our clients have the right to access and be included in the community and that they can be supported into achieving a positive experience; where hard work and evidencing their skills may help them to build self confidence and a belief that they can have their say about what is happening within their lives.
