At SWI we can provide a service to individuals which can enable them to be supported within their own homes. This is often called Domiciliary Services and provides care within your own home for people with a variety of needs due to disabilities, illness and other different needs including Learning Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Mental Health Issues, Deafness and some just need some extra support to integrate and become a positive and effective member of the community.

This service is fully registered with CQC -Care Quality Commission.

Services

You can use our services for just a few hours a week or for 24-hour care. Our highly
trained staff can support you to live in your own home or in a ‘home from home’ and
enjoy a full and varied life.
